Finally Moving In To Our New House

The long wait is almost over. Before the end of this month, we will be moving in to our new house, the first but definitely not the last.

Finding a house and buying it through a loan is not an easy experience. Yes, there were problems but no problems should be left unsolved. In my case, I'm glad I had a real estate agent friend helping me get through all the problems. While this is my first-time to buy house, I had tried searching for available properties years prior to finally deciding to give this pricey investment a go.

Before, I had friends sending me links of houses for sale and the only thing I can was stare at the beautiful houses, dreaming and hoping someday I can afford to get one for myself. Who would have thought that less than a few years after, I'd realize that dream. But then again, it wasn't an easy road for me.

Although I wanted to have a bigger, single-detached house because I wanted to have a bigger space at the front and back, unfortunately I can't afford it. The first and most important factor that a home-buyer should consider is his/her capacity to pay. Why get a much nicer house with a more expensive mortgage and in a few months or year lose it. There's nothing wrong with wanting to have a beautiful house, provided your other necessities won't suffer.

It's always best to have balance as far as your finances is concerned. just make sure that you can still afford to pay your mortgage and at the same time living a quality life. I'm glad I made sure to check my finances first before deciding on a property that, for me, is just the right one. So, now I am happy to say that hubby and I are excited much to relocate soon.
